We are merchandise liquidators. Most of our products are factory over-runs, store overstocks, store displays, or customer returns. Because of this, the original factory boxes are often scarred or damaged. In fact, that is one reason we are able to find such great product deals: something happened to the box that made the item unsaleable through normal retail channels. We believe that most folks want what is inside the box, and they want it to work great and look great. Unless otherwise stated, all products are gently removed from their boxes & thoroughly tested to make sure that they are in factory working condition. Coffee makers may be filled with water & run through a cycle to assure that they will brew correctly. All items are open-box items unless otherwise described. Original manuals may be missing. Store display models may have some blemishes due to store tags & handling by customers & store personnel
